Discovery
Through stakeholder interviews and competitive analysis, I uncovered that Chorbie’s existing site was failing middle-aged suburban families who needed quick, location-specific service information. Users were bouncing because they couldn’t easily determine what services were available in their Texas zip code.

Define

Design

Develop
Using WordPress and Elementor, I helped create the designs for multiple pages, collaborating with the offshore development team to ensure the designs were implemented correctly.
