Streamlining the Giving Journey to Connect Passionate Donors with Meaningful Causes
Overview
Communities Foundation of Texas needed a website that matched their mission as trusted guides in philanthropy, but their existing site was creating barriers rather than building bridges to giving. Donors struggled with confusing navigation and couldn’t easily discover relevant causes or complete donations. We redesigned their digital experience with donor-centered navigation that groups related opportunities logically, and created a comprehensive donation overview page featuring an interactive carousel that lets users browse through all available funds. The result is an intuitive giving journey that connects passionate donors with meaningful causes while strengthening CFT’s brand as the go-to partner for impactful philanthropy.
